Email and SMS campaigns for a junk removal company
The most neglected asset in a hauling business is the list of people who already paid you. A garage cleanout customer is a moving customer in three years, a downsizing customer in ten, and a source of referrals the whole time. Most owners never contact her again.
Two lists are worth building. Past residential customers get four messages a year: spring cleanout, a pre-holiday clear-out in October, a January downsizing note, and one referral ask. Put a price in each, since the reason she books again is that she remembers what it cost and it was reasonable. The second list is commercial: realtors, property managers, storage facilities, estate attorneys, contractors. That list gets a monthly note with a turnaround time and a same-week availability line, and those are the accounts that carry February.
The third use is quoted-not-booked recovery, and it returns the most for the least. Two touches on a stale quote recover work already sitting in your phone. Two weeks in, working means both lists are loaded and the first send has gone out with a clean opt-out path.
